Ms. Sharber has represented national and regional banks in connection with providing multi-million dollar construction and permanent financing and has represented banks making commercial loans throughout the southeast. Additionally, she has served as Tennessee counsel to borrowers in connection with multi-million dollar loans secured by collateral located within and without the state of Tennessee and has represented clients in the development of bottling facilities and restaurants throughout the country, including land assemblage, lease reviews, zoning and land-use issues.
