Mr. Conway is a Financial Consultant and Corporate Director. He currently serves as a Trustee of Phoenix Duff & Phelps Mutual Funds and as Vice Chairman of The Academy of Political Science. Previously, he served on numerous boards, including as Chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Chairman and Trustee of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Director of Union Pacific Corporation, Trustee of Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, Director of Centennial Insurance Company, Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and Chairman and Director of The Seamen’s Bank for Savings. Mr. Conway is an Honorary Trustee of Josiah Macy Foundation, Trustee Emeritus of Pace University and Trustee Emeritus of Colgate University. |
