Vincent Donargo joined the Company as its Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller on September 13, 2005. From 1998 to August 2005, Mr. Donargo was Strategic Business Unit Controller, Director of Finance and Corporate Controller of Aearo Company, a safety products manufacturing company. At Aearo, Mr. Donargo was responsible for accounting policies and procedures, monthly consolidations, quarterly and annual SEC filings and internal and external audit and tax compliance activities. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1998, Mr. Donargo was employed in various financial positions with National Starch and Chemical Company, a specialty chemical manufacturing subsidiary of ICI Americas, Inc. Mr. Donargo is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and has a B.A. in accounting from Rutgers University. |
