Vincent W. Hockett was elected vice president - plastic packaging & business development on July 30 2007. He will manage the company's plastic business while also overseeing Chesapeake's business development efforts.
Mr. Hockett previously served as managing director - strategic business development since rejoining the company in March 2005. Prior to rejoining Chesapeake Mr. Hockett was president and chief executive officer of Invesprint a Canadian-based printer of labels for the pharmaceutical wine and spirits industries. He served in various roles with Chesapeake from 1989 to 1999 including president of Chesapeake Europe a former wholly owned subsidiary in France.
He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Virginia. |
