Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Georgetown University. He has been with Stoy, Malone since 1983. Vince has extensive tax and financial experience with small businesses and their owners, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Vince is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is active in the Maryland Association of CPAs. He is currently serving on the Boards of the Southland Hills Improvement Association and the Gunpowder Youth Camps, Inc., serves as Treasurer for the Towson Rotary Club, and was Scout Master of Troop 729. For recreation, Vince enjoys sailing and boating on the Chesapeake Bay
