Vince Gabriele has served as Executive Vice President Human Resources since December 2007 and as Vice President Human Resources since August 2002. Prior to this position he was Director Global Staffing with responsibility for Executive Mid-Level and University recruitment programs worldwide. Before joining MicroStrategy in 1997 Mr. Gabriele worked for American Management Systems' Federal and DOD Intelligence practice from 1988 to 1997 as a Consultant and later as the Recruiting Manager. From 1980 to 1987 he served as an Intelligence Analyst for the US Navy focusing on satellite imagery analysis and intelligence collection for the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Gabriele received his Bachelor of Science in Management from National Louis University in Evanston IL.
