Vincent J. Palmiotto represents a diverse group of defendant’s in general civil litigation matters including mass torts, products liability, premises liability, commercial carrier and wrongful death actions. He has first chair experience in numerous bench and jury trials. Mr. Palmiotto has significant experience in taking and defending depositions of technical and medical experts, witnesses and parties in complex civil litigation matters. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Palmiotto was a litigation associate with the Maryland law firms of Rubin & Rubin and Church Loker & Silver, P.A. and the West Virginia law firm of Shuman, Annand, Bailey, Wyant & Earls. He also served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps in Camp Lejuene, N.C., working as both a prosecutor and defense counsel on a variety of criminal matters.
