Mr. Arnone graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received his Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He practiced as a Certified Public Accountant from 1985-1988 and then served in various financial capacities for American National Can Co., now Rexam PLC, a multi-national packaging company, during an 11-year career through 1999. Mr. Arnone joined Fuel Tech, Inc. in 1999 as the Company's Corporate Controller and Financial Director, and served in that capacity until his appointment to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 2003. He was elected Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in February 2006. |
