Vince Rampton is a trial lawyer with 25 years’ experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolution panels. His practice areas include general commercial litigation, real estate disputes, construction claims, employment disputes, eminent domain (condemnation), zoning and planning, and environmental litigation. Vince has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV). He is a member of Jones Waldo’s real estate and litigation departments, and leads its Real Estate, Land Use & Environmental Law practice group.
Vince was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in 1976, and his Juris Doctorate degree the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University in 1979. After graduation, he clerked for Chief Justice Gordon O. Hall of the Utah Supreme Court before commencing private practice. Vince joined Jones Waldo in April of 1992, having practiced elsewhere for 11 years. |
