Vince Tortolano joined the Company in August 2000 as its Vice President, General Counsel. Mr. Tortolano has also served as Micrel's Secretary since May 2001. From 1999 until he joined the Company, Mr. Tortolano was employed by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation, where he held the position of Vice President, Co-General Counsel. From 1983 to 1999, Mr. Tortolano was employed by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., where his last position was Vice President, General Counsel of AMD's Vantis subsidiary. Mr. Tortolano holds a B.S.E.E. from Santa Clara University and a Juris Doctor degree from University of California at Davis. |
