A seasoned business services executive with broad industry and management experience Vince joined Hewitt in May 2008 as the company's Senior Vice President of Global Business Services & Technology. In this role he is responsible for providing a broad range of technology and business services to Hewitt's clients globally.
Vince has a well-earned reputation for delivering excellent top- and bottom-line business results. He is known for identifying new market opportunities providing outstanding customer service and increasing productivity while developing high-performing individuals and teams.
Vince is recognized as a well-rounded and adaptable leader. Prior to joining Hewitt he worked for more than 24 years at ADP Inc. in both the Brokerage and Employer Services businesses. He held a wide variety of leadership roles across the disciplines of finance technology operations mergers & acquisitions sales & marketing and P&L leadership. Most recently he was the President of the Major Accounts Division ADP's largest business unit with more than $2.3 billion in revenue. During his tenure he and his leadership team drove the revenue growth rate from 0% to 9% achieving record profitability and improving sales performance to double-digit growth. As the Division President of Tax & Financial Services he led the successful acquisition of several companies as well as the introduction of numerous innovative products e.g. payroll debit card greatly expanding the strategic opportunities of the division. And under his teams' leadership the retirement services business grew from $25 Million to $100 Million in a little over two years.
