Viktor Uehlinger is an accomplished finance executive who brings 30 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry to Premier Commercial Bank. With that comes an excellent record of productivity, quality, and profitability improvement, and exemplary leadership and motivational skills.
Mr. Uehlinger was born and educated in Switzerland. He began his banking career in 1971 with Credit Suisse in Zurich, Switzerland. In 1978, Mr. Uehlinger relocated to the United States, where he joined the Los Angeles office of Union Bank of Switzerland in various administrative and operational management capacities. During the last 11 years with UBS, Mr. Uehlinger served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining PCB, he was a Senior Vice President of Asahi Bank of California, where he served as CFO, Chief Investment Officer, CIO and Senior Compliance Officer, overseeing the bank’s finance, operational and administrative functions, including finance and planning, risk management, human resources, information systems, facility management and security/contingency planning.
Mr. Uehlinger's valuable and practical experience in areas ranging from international finance, treasury management and information technology make him an outstanding asset to the Bank. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Business and Trade College, Zurich, and has served on various banking and industry task forces, including the California Bankers Association's Finance and Operations Committee. He is multi-lingual in English, Swiss, German and French, and well-versed in the many financial complexities unique to the banking industry.
He graduated with honors from the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School in partnership with the University of Washington Graduate School of Business, Seattle. |
