Director of Resource Financial Fund Management, Inc., where he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships. Prior to Resource America, Mr. Lokur was a Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston; before which he worked at Morgan Stanley, SBC Warburg Dillon Read (now UBS AG), and Robert Fleming & Co. (now J.P. Morgan Chase). At those firms he worked in mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, and provided coverage for numerous leveraged buyout and real estate financial sponsors in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Lokur graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Buckingham in England where he was the recipient of the Sir Ernest Cassel Educational Trust award.
