Vikas currently heads operations for a utilities client. Prior to this he used to head the Six Sigma Quality and Migration functions at EXL. In his 5-year stint with EXL he along with other responsibilities has headed operations for a large client. In his previous assignment he was the Quality Leader and E-Business Leader for GE Plastics India. He has over 13 years experience including leading Sales Marketing Operations and Supply Chain Management in GE & Shri Ram Fibres India. During these years he has held leadership positions in the field of Quality including TQM BPR and Six Sigma and has led implementation of Oracle ERP in two different organizations. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. |
