Vidya is the founder of SkillNet and brings more than 25 years of high-tech experience in general management, business development, and engineering. Prior to SkillNet, Vidya was the founding employee and VP at SoftPlus, a solutions company focused on delivering CRM solutions to the telecommunications industry. At SoftPlus, Vidya oversaw rapid growth of revenues to approximately $16 million in three years. Prior to SoftPlus Vidya had worked in various senior management roles in technical as well as business development areas with Digital Tools, Novell and Digital (acquired by Compaq). He has helped the creation of two successful Internet startups, in the capacity of the chief advisor. Vidya holds an MSEE from University of Bombay. |
