She manages Board level and Head of Function assignments for a wide variety of Consumer and Business to Business organizations including Fortune 500, European Blue Chips and Early stage/Pre-IPO Private Equity backed businesses. With over eight years executive search experience including Korn/Ferry International and Highland Partners, Victoria is also a qualified psychometric assessor and has completed management audit and assessment at board and executive level. Passionate about quality and delivery, she has built a reputation for completion and repeat business, successfully delivering an eclectic mix of mandates across Europe, The Americas and Asia. Victoria gained her 2.1honours degree in Environmental Geology from University College London.
