Victoria Sharrar is Senior Vice President of Organizational Development for Yellow Book. Starting her career in the yellow pages industry in 1985, Victoria joined Yellow Book in 1997 as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Mid Atlantic region. From 2002 to 2006, as Chief Sales Officer, Victoria led Yellow Book's growing sales force as the company expanded its national footprint from approximately 20 to 46 states. In her current role, Victoria oversees the training, recruitment, and leadership development processes of the company's 6,000 plus personnel sales organization. Previously a member of the ADP Board, Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. |
