As Sales and Marketing Director, Victoria manages global business development. She develops and manages Noblestar's national and international marketing strategies. She is responsible for the long term development of the Noblestar brand, and also for implementing and overseeing communications programs that appropriately describe and promote the business.
Her role as UK General Manager sees her managing Noblestar's UK operations and driving business development.
Victoria has a long history at Noblestar, spanning 8 years. She started out working as a senior consultant in the custom software engineering division and by the time she became Division Lead early in 2002, she had worked on a number of high profile engagements as technical lead and project manager.
Prior to joining Noblestar, Victoria spent one and a half years with Maverick Computing as a technical consultant and two years as an independent consultant.
Victoria holds a BA in Business Studies and Spanish from Anglia University and currently lives in London. |
