Recruiting since 1993 with disciplines in retail management, customer contact centers and human resources. Victoria has extensive recruiting experience, placing senior level managers with major retailers, as well as several years of recruiting with high volume customer contact centers globally. An active member of SHRM, (the Society for Human Resource Management), Victoria has been in Human Resources Management for a number of years serving in a Generalist capacity for multiple sites. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology, graduating with honors. |
