Victoria has worked in Stock Transfer Operations for over ten years, the last four at Continental Stock Transfer. Hers is a very important and visible function. She oversees the time-sensitive daily processing and reconciliation of registered Stock Option Plan exercises received from clients for their employees. She also acts as Continental's liaison between client companies and their Plan Administrators. In this role she provides reporting and critical delivery timetables to ensure the delivery of shares by the settlement date. |
