Victoria de Lisle works with financial institutions, developers and investors in the acquisition, development and financing of commercial real property, leasing matters, workouts and foreclosures, construction lending, asset based lending, mezzanine financing, bond financing, syndicated loans, and securitized financing. Ms. de Lisle also has substantial experience in the telecommunication, hospitality, and senior housing industries. Finally, her practice includes financial restructuring of a variety of tax credit transactions for investors.
