Victoria M. Pallotto joined BOHAN & BRADSTREET, Inc. in 1995 as a personnel consultant specializing in the accounting and finance disciplines. Ms. Pallotto joined the staffing industry with over ten years of diverse experience in public accounting, and contributing financial roles with: NORTH AMERICAN PHILIPS, ANIXTER BROTHERS and BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB. Ms. Pallotto received her MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven and obtained a BS in Accounting from Providence College. Ms. Pallotto served on the 1999 Big Billers Panel for the Connecticut Association of Personnel Services (CAPS) and the 2002 Big Billers Panel for the New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS) regional conference. In 2002, Ms. Pallotto was nominated to The Pinnacle Society as one of the most successful search consultants nationally. As a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Ms. Pallotto has developed and supported clients in public accounting, private industry and Fortune 500 settings throughout Connecticut. She has continued to successfully grow her business over the last seven years. Her candidate recruitment has focused on assisting professionals from staff to senior management level, in addition to developing and maintaining excellent client relationships. Ms. Pallotto has made the investment to personally meet her candidates and clients and takes a highly focused approach towards the placement process. Ms. Pallotto has participated in New Haven County community organizations as a volunteer for events coordinated by the American Cancer Society, Leukemia Society and Volvo International Tennis Tournament. An active board member of the New Haven Symphony Orchestra, The President’s Advisory Board and has served as Treasurer of The Steinert Society. She has served as Chairperson of fundraising, development and finance committees. |
