Victoria E. Bembenista is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Boston office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
Victoria worked previously as a summer associate in a law firm in St. Louis, Missouri.
During law school, Victoria was a member of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Journal. She was also a member of the European Union Law Moot Court Team and advanced with her team to compete in the regional competition in Dublin, Ireland. Victoria also worked as a legal intern for the Boston City Council.
During college, Victoria studied international political economy. She also completed the international studies program at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, France. Victoria is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
