Mr. Zhou has extensive experience in IPO, asset management, private equity investment, security trading and investment, operation & management in China. His knowledge and familiarity with Chinese business environment brings value to Hartcourt. Right before Hartcourt, he was Chairman of Shanghai Hai Ji Investment Development Co., engaging in Venture Capital investment in China. Previously, Mr. Zhou was Chairman of Shanghai Hai Ji Fixed Assets Investment Co., where he successfully invested several real estates projects and turned around bad debts of several national commercial banks through debt restructure. Prior to that, Mr. Zhou severed as general manager of Shanghai Assets Management Dept of Huatai Securities, Shanghai business unit, Shenzhen business unit and Nanjing business unit of Huatai Securities sequentially. Mr. Zhou received his BA in Economics from Hunan University and EMBA from China Europe International Business School. |
