Victor Vaisleib is the vice president and general manager of the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Business Unit. Mr. Vaisleib has 20 years of experience. He joined PMC-Sierra in 2006 through the acquisition of FTTH market leader Passave, where he was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder. Mr. Vaisleib’s experience includes a 15-year career at the Electronic Research Department (ERD), a top research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he held various research and development and management positions. Mr. Vaisleib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and is a TALPIOT graduate and laureate of the Israel Defense Award (1999). |
