Vic is a Tax Director in the Atlanta office of Joseph Decosimo and Company, LLC. He has more than 17 years experience in both public accounting and private industry. Prior to joining the firm, Vic served as the Tax Director for Ryan’s Restaurant Group, Inc. and also has experience as a Tax Senior Manager with an international accounting firm.
Vic has specialized experience in the retail industry, the multi-state tax planning arena, tax reporting for financial statement purposes, tax incentives and transactional tax planning and compliance. Vic also has manufacturing and real estate industry experience and experience with the tax planning and due diligence components of the merger and acquisition process.
Vic obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and his Master of Accounting degree (Tax) from Auburn University in 1989 and 1990 respectively. Vic obtained his CPA license in 1993 and is licensed to practice in the states of Alabama and Georgia.
Vic is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and has previously served as a board member for both civic and corporate purposes. |
