Mr. Kalafa has served as Vice President of Corporate Development since April 2001 and an executive officer since February 2002. From March 1999 to April 1, 2001, Mr. Kalafa was President of KSR Group, Inc., a management consulting company. Mr. Kalafa served as Chief Operating Officer for Scott Medical Group, Inc., a healthcare management company, from January 1998 to March 1999. He was Vice President of Business Development for WR Grace from 1991 to 1998. Mr. Kalafa holds a B.A. degree in History from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University. |
