Victor establishes and directs the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for BBK Worldwide's information technology and operations functions. As the company's lead IT resource, Victor was one of the original architects of BBK's proprietary recruitment technology application, TrialCentralNetSM. Today, he manages the development team for TCN e-SystemsSM: BBK's robust, Web-based e-business solution for streamlining clinical study patient recruitment. Victor also supervises telecommunications and network systems, from installation and configuration to administration and training. His broad range of technological experience and extensive knowledge of current and emerging technology is balanced by his ability to inspire team members. Victor also ensures operational success by monitoring and strengthening the company's infrastructure, facilities, and programs that support both staff and organizational needs. Prior to joining BBK, Victor was a support systems manager at Honeywell Consumer Products, where he directed information systems infrastructure. He also spent 21 years as an information systems and personnel supervisor in the U.S. Army, where he reached the rank of Master Sergeant. |
