Victor N. Daley, executive vice president, Human Resources, is responsible for Selective’s Human Resources activities, including benefits and compensation, employee relations and human resource information systems.
Before joining Selective in September, 2005, Mr. Daley was executive vice president, Chief Administrative and Human Resources Officer for the AmerUs Group, a publicly traded life insurance company in Iowa, Prior to that, Vic held senior positions at Royal, Zurich-American and Crum & Forster insurance companies.
Mr. Daley received a bachelor of science degree from Providence College, Providence, RI, and holds a master of public administration from Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL.
