Focusing on computer hardware and software, robotic systems and actuator mechanisms, telecommunications protocols, internet technologies, and business methods, Mr. Castellucci plays an active role in counseling clients on successful intellectual property acquisition strategies and maintenance programs.
Mr. Castellucci's practice also involves rendering prelitigation opinions of counsel regarding patent validity, infringement, and enforceability, as well as freedom to operate within a particular technological space.
