Mr. Ganzi has been as a director of the Company and chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board since 1999. He served as a director of Olsten Corporation from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Ganzi has been president and chief executive officer of The Hearst Corporation, a private diversified communications company with interests in magazine, newspaper and business publishing, television and radio stations and cable programming networks, since 2002. He served as Hearst's executive vice president from 1997 to 2002 and as its chief operating officer from 1998 to 2002. From 1992 to 1997, at various times, Mr. Ganzi served as Hearst's senior vice president, chief financial officer and chief legal officer. He is chairman of the board of directors of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. Mr. Ganzi has been a director of Wyeth since 2005. |
