Victor A. De Marines is Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company. Mr. De Marines was President and Chief Executive Officer of MITRE Corporation, a nonprofit organization which provides system engineering and security services for the computer systems of the Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Internal Revenue Service and several organizations in the U.S. intelligence community. Mr. De Marines currently serves on the board of trustees of MITRE. He has recently served as an advisor to the Department of Defense on matters concerning the transformation of the military. Mr. De Marines is a member of an advisory group for the National Reconnaissance Office and is a member of the Massachusetts Business Roundtable. He also served as a Presidential Executive with the Department of Transportation and is a Lieutenant of the U.S. Air Force. Mr. De Marines holds a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Northeastern University. |
