Vicky Whalen-Umphryes joined Agree Realty as a Vice President of Development in October, 2005. Whalen-Umphryes’s responsibilities include site selection and oversight of large format retail developments.
From 2003-05, Ms. Umphryes was employed by The Home Depot where she served as Director of Real Estate. Her duties included the supervision of new store development, store relocations and expansions in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Southern Illinois, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Prior to joining Home Depot, Ms. Umphryes was employed as a Senior Real Estate Manager for Meijer Corporation, a Grand Rapids, Michigan based retail supercenter.
Ms. Umphryes graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. |
