Vickie Huang, DCA Services' chief financial officer (CFO), is responsible for all functions within the company's finance and accounting department. Her primary goal is to assure the financial well being of the company. Specific responsibilities include supervising and managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, treasury, financing, budgeting and forecasting. She also works with DCA's parent company, Platinum Equity Holdings, on financial and accounting issues within DCA. Previous employment within the company includes working as a financial analyst and controller. In addition, she was heavily involved with the acquisition of Matrix and subsequent Matrix acquisitions, from the due-diligence process to implementing and transitioning the acquisitions, including migrating the finance and accounting function. Prior to joining DCA Services in 1995, Huang was employed for three years at Shanghai Jiao-Tong University, People's Republic of China, where she worked as an English instructor. Huang graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering from Shanghai Jiao-Tong University in 1989. She received an MBA from the University of Oklahoma in 1995, majoring in Finance and Business Administration. During her academic career, she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society. |
