Vickie Fisher is a financial consultant who most recently served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer with the City of Albuquerque.
Previously, Ms. Fisher held executive positions in a legal firm and a national insurance company. Other positions included Bernalillo County Manager and Cabinet Secretary for the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department.
Ms. Fisher received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She recently assumed the role of Chair of the PHS Board Compliance and Audit Committee.
