Ms. Moore has been in executive search since 1980 and has managed numerous engagements across a broad spectrum of industries and functional disciplines. Before joining Foster/Searing, she was a founding partner of Cabot Consultants, where she was a Principal in the Advanced Technology Practice of the world's leading international executive search firm. Previously, as a Partner with a Washington, D.C. area search firm, she managed search assignments in domestic and international telecommunications, information technology, financial services, and health care.

Ms. Moore began her career with an international executive search firm where she managed a staff of ten research associates and was responsible for the strategic execution of all the firm's projects.

Ms. Moore managed engagements in the U.S. and Europe for clients in a variety of industries including advanced technology, financial services, professional services and communications. Functional areas of expertise included information systems, marketing, sales, finance, and human resources. She was also responsible for the start-up and management of the firm's West Coast operations. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Ms. Moore received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland College of Human Ecology with a dual major in Sociology and Psychology.
