Vicki Prock has over 20 years of administrative management experience including consulting and executive group facilitation, skills training and development, administrative and operational leadership, management of grants and contracts, multi-level project management and development and staffing of advisory committees and boards. She began her career as a statewide education project coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Economic Development and has been in regional training management for Job Skills Incorporated, Inc., project management for the Minnesota Supreem Court, management of operations and customer service for Robert S Banks Associates, grants, contracts and operations management with Minnesota Technology, Inc. and is currently a business services specialist with Minnesota Technology, Inc.Ms. Prock holds her Bachelors of Psychology and Secondar Education from Coe College and has a mini-masters in financial management from the University of St Thomas. She has related training in project management from NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership, achieving high performance - corporate leadership series from Augsburg College Center for Leadership Studies, outcome-based performance measurement from the Graduate School of Public Administration and Management at Hamline University and adult learning theory and training techniques from the State of Minnesota. |
