Ms. Farrar is an attorney who has been engaged in private practice since 1977. For over 15 years her practice has focused primarily on intellectual property litigation and counseling. She began her career in private practice at Covington & Burling, in Washington, D.C., specializing in food and drug law. Prior to moving her practice to Utah in 1995, Ms. Farrar was a partner in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerester. Previously she was a partner at Holme Roberts & Owen in Denver and of-counsel to Irell & Manella in Menlo Park. She received a law degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C., graduating summa cum laude. Ms Farrar previously served as Vice President of Legal, Intellectual Property and Regulatory Affairs at Cognetix in Salt Lake City, developing CNS products. |
