Vic Pierni is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Pyxis Mobile, responsible for all of the Company’s financial, legal and administrative activities, which include strategic finance, treasury, accounting, reporting, risk management, and financial controls as well as human resources, facilities management and office administration. Mr. Pierni brings more than 15 years of financial management and mergers and acquisitions experience within the financial services and technology sectors. Mr. Pierni joins Pyxis Mobile from financial services technology provider ITG Solutions Network (formerly The Macgregor Group, Inc.) where he was CFO. While at Macgregor, Mr. Pierni was instrumental in developing the Company’s finance infrastructure to support its rapid growth culminating in the Company’s $250 million acquisition by ITG (NYSE: ITG) in 2006. Prior to Macgregor, Mr. Pierni was Director of Business Integration at CMGI where he directed multi-disciplinary functional teams through planning, implementation & post-merger activities. Mr. Pierni began his career at KPMG where he held various senior positions in the audit and transaction services groups from 1990 through 2000. During this tenure, Mr. Pierni directed numerous merger and acquisition advisory projects for private equity and strategic acquisition clients. Mr. Pierni, a CPA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. |
