Veronica A. Olszewski, age 47, has served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Hudson City Bancorp and Hudson City Savings since January 2004. She previously served as Senior Vice President from January 2002 to December 2003, First Vice President from January 2000 to December 2001 and Vice President and Assistant Auditor from March 1997 to December 1999. Ms. Olszewski joined Hudson City Savings in 1980. She is responsible for the functions of Corporate Secretary, special projects and strategic planning. Ms. Olszewski is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries. She is a graduate of Jersey City State College.
