Vernon joined eko systems inc. as the Vice President, Customer Service in February 2007. Vernon has been engaged by the new ownership group to focus on improving overall customer service operations. Prior to joining eko systems, Vernon was the Director, Customer Resources with Alcoa, Inc. Before Alcoa, he spent over five years at Honeywell-POMS where he managed global Support Services operations. Prior to his Honeywell and POMS experience, Vernon spent seven plus years with Descartes System Group in various roles. His last assignment was Channel Sales Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa based in their Netherlands office. Descartes is a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) logistics solutions for organizations that operate logistics-intensive businesses. Vernon has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Longwood University. |
