Mr. Inge is a shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation including creditors’ rights litigation for both debtors and creditors, and sports law. Mr. Inge’s sports law practice focuses on the representation of professional athletes and sports agents with their special needs in legal matters such as litigation, bankruptcies, and legal issues surrounding investments. Additionally, Mr. Inge is experienced in handling issues relating to Major League Baseball Players’ Association and the National Football League Players’ Association, including arbitrations under both organizations’ regulations. His sports law practice also involves the representation of entities that create, operate and/or promote events and tournaments.
