Mr. LoForti has been the company's President CEO and a member of the Board of Directors since August 2007. LoForti joined Overland in December 1995 as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was instrumental in the Company's initial public offering in February 1997. He also currently holds the post of Secretary of Overland and is the Company's primary investor relations contact. From 1992 to 1995 LoForti was CFO of Priority Pharmacy a privately-held national mail-order pharmacy based in San Diego. From 1981 to 1992 he was Vice President of Finance at Intermark Inc. a billion dollar publicly-held conglomerate based in La Jolla California. LoForti began his career in public accounting where he served diverse clients from the Los Angeles office of Price Waterhouse. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University is a California CPA and is active in Financial Executives International where he is a past president of the San Diego Chapter. |
