Vera Uzelac is the vice president of operations at Cydcor. In her role, Uzelac works closely with Cydcor's nearly 200 independent corporate licensees, national senior and organizational consultants and business development team while overseeing daily operations at Cydcor's North American Headquarters. Her responsibilities include directing operations and sales support teams responsible for administering policies and procedures, overseeing campaign managers, data processing, sales reports, commissions, client invoices, and monitoring the sales performance of new campaigns. Beginning her career at Cydcor's headquarters in Toronto, Canada, more than a decade ago, Uzelac knows the business inside and out. She served as a sales representative, office administrator responsible for recruiting and training other Canadian offices, ran her own bookkeeping business serving more than 15 independent sales offices, and later as operations manager, and director at Cydcor in the United States. Under her leadership, OPS infrastructure expanded its ability to serve 23 clients from 10 clients. Her team grew from 10 to more than 30 people, including campaign support managers, sales support, and vendor relations positions. Uzelac holds a B.A. in political science and history for the University of Toronto, and is a certified Franklin Covey trainer. Uzelac lives in Thousand Oaks with her husband and son. |
