Mr. Sharma has founded three successful IT companies in the past 15 years. Most recently, Mr. Sharma was the founder of Acorn Information Services, Inc., a company that provided database marketing and technology solutions, primarily to the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Sharma sold Acorn Information Services to a larger company, Digital Lighthouse, and helped manage the combined entity through the IPO process. Prior to his entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Sharma worked for IBM as a consultant developing operating system software, and for 3M as a manager of online services for one of 3M’s subsidiaries in Connecticut. |
