Ms. Okhandiar is responsible for all project delivery, technical staff and the mLogica software development centers, based in Southern California and India. She has over 18 years of experience in managing, architecting, designing and implementing of information technology projects for large clients such as the United Nations, Toyota, General Motors and UPS, as well as numerous small and medium sized enterprises. Her expertise includes eCommerce, mobile and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package implementation, Quality Assurance for ISO 9000 approval, distributed database design and tuning, and LAN/WAN network design and project management. Ms. Okhandiar also has expertise in telecom, manufacturing, media and entertainment, financial brokerage, healthcare, and telecom industries. She has managed and architected multi-million dollar international projects with over 40 team members. Ms. Okhandiar previously worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Computer Science Corporation (CSC) in a lead technologist’s role, and at the National University as the Head of the Department for Computer Science. She is an awardee in "Excellence in Development" for an Electronic Billing System for Mitsubishi's telecommunication division and "Excellence in Development" of the Product Data Management System at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Ms. Okhandiar has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, a Master’s in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Irvine. She has also received certification in leadership and marketing from EDS, distributed database and performance tuning and database administration from Oracle Corporation. She is also an honored member of the international Who's Who of information technology since 1999. |
