Vaughn, 76, re-joined the company in 2002 and served as the Manager of Marketing and Sales until his promotion to Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Assembly in November 2006. Prior to his rehire, Vaughn worked at Hi-Shear for over 18 years and held various positions including the Director of
Engineering, Programs, Operations, and Marketing. Vaughn has industry background at companies such as Special Devices, Inc. and Simula Safety Systems, Inc. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University. |
