Vaughan Finn has over 25 years of litigation experience. She represents employers and businesses in life, health, disability and ERISA litigation and employment matters. She also practices in complex commercial areas, including franchise and petroleum marketing.
Before moving to Connecticut, Vaughan was a Senior Trial Counsel in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where her clients included the Executive Office of the President, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Comptroller of the Currency. Vaughan has tried cases in the federal courts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. She has argued appeals in the Second, Third and Eighth Circuits.
After graduating from law school, Vaughan served as a law clerk to Judge Morris E. Lasker of the Southern District of New York.
