Ms. Mangalam brings over 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Operations to Razorsight. Prior to joining Razorsight, Ms. Mangalam was heading the Human Resources, Facilities and Administration at Yahoo Development Center, Bangalore. As Yahoo! Bangalore's fifth employee, Ms. Mangalam played a key strategic role in taking the company from start-up to several hundred employees and was instrumental in building out the engineering organization for Yahoo! in Bangalore. She managed key functions including compensation administration, rewards and benefits, staffing, strategic planning, legal compliance, performance management, employee welfare programs, training and development. Prior to joining Yahoo! Ms. Mangalam held senior level Human Resources and Operations position at Esols India Pvt., Esanda Finanz and Leasing, Mfar Construction India Pvt. and M/s Leelakrishnan and Associates. Ms.Mangalam holds a BAL and LLB from University Law College in Bangalore, a Diploma in Management and is also pursuing her MBA in Human Resources Management. |
