As Director of Finance, Varsha Nihilani is responsible for Lucix’s financial reporting and control system, information systems, and manufacturing resources control process. Her accountabilities include presenting financial report to the Board of Directors, and managing interfaces with the company’s Auditors. Varsha has had extensive experience in accounting in small and medium sized companies, and has used and managed computer-based control systems in manufacturing and financial firms. Prior to Lucix, she was Controller and Accounting Manager of Accelerated Networks, a public company. Prior to Accelerated, she had senior staff and management responsibilities at ACT Networks, Great Western Bank, and Sterling Software. |
